PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby amends the notice dated the 31st day of August 1971, and published in Gazette, 16 September 1971, No. 69, page 1922, proclaiming land as road, road closed and vested, and land taken and vested in Blocks III, IV, and V, Waihemo Survey District, by deleting the area of road twenty-sixthly described in the Second Schedule to the said notice and substituting in lieu thereof the area of road described in the Schedule hereto.
