Defining Harbour Limits at Milford Sound

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby defines the limits of the harbour at Milford Sound, to be all that area of water of Milford Sound, south of a straight line drawn from St. Anne Point in an 090° direction to the opposite shore.

PURSUANT to the Police Act 1958, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER

Title and commencement—(1) This order may be cited as the Police Salary Order (No. 3) 1971. (2) This order shall be deemed to have come into force on the 15th day of January 1971.

Salary of Commissioner of Police—The salary of the Commissioner of Police shall be as follows:

$13,302 $13,939 $637
- Revocation—The Police Salary Order (No. 2) 1971* is hereby revoked.
