EWEN MARSHALL, of Wellington, company director, THE TRUSTEES EXECUTORS AND AGENCY COMPANY OF NEW ZEALAND LIMITED, a trustee company, having its registered office at 24 Walter Street, Dunedin, DIANA ALEXANDER HALL, of Rotorua, widow, as executrix in the estate of DAVID RICHARD HALL, of Rotorua, company director, deceased, and ROGER ALBERT HALL, of Wellington, real estate salesman, and GWENDOLINE ISABELLA HUNTER, of Wellington, married woman. And that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Wellington on the 8th day of November 1971, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

WAIKATO VALLEY AUTHORITY
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928:
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Waikato Valley Authority proposes to execute certain public works, to wit, soil conservation and river control works; for which purpose the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken under the provisions of section 22 and 23 of the Public Works Act 1928.
Plans of the lands required to be taken, as aforesaid, are open for inspection at the office of the Taupo County Council, Turangi.
Every person affected who wishes to object to the execution of the works or to the taking of such lands shall, in writing, set forth such objection (not being an objection to the amount of or payment of compensation), and shall send such written objection to the Secretary, Waikato Valley Authority, P.O. Box 4010, Hamilton East, within 40 days from the date of first publication of this notice. If any objection is made, in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, at which hearing the objector may appear before the Authority and support the objection by such evidence as he thinks fit. Every objector will be notified of the time and place of such hearing.
