    50 cents per launching.

Officer Authorised to Take and Receive Statutory Declarations

PURSUANT to section 9 of the Oaths and Declarations Act 1957,

holder for the time being of the office of Staff Clerk, Marine
Department, Head Office, Wellington, to take and receive
statutory declarations under the said Act.

Maori Land Development Notice

WHEREAS, by virtue of the notice referred to in the first
Schedule hereto, the land described in that notice was declared
to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori
Affairs Act 1953; and whereas it is desired to release certain
parcels of that land from the provisions of the said Part
XXIV:

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 332 of the Maori
Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives
notice as follows.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development
    Notice Whangarei 1971, No. 2.

  2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is
    hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described
    in the Second Schedule hereto.

  3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is
    hereby released from the provisions of Part XXIV of the
    Maori Affairs Act 1953.
