Declaring Land Taken for a Recreation Ground in Block IX,
Wairere Survey District, Piako County
PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a recreation ground
and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of
the County of Piako from and after the 8th day of February
1971.

ALL that piece of land containing 10 acres 2 roods 25.3 perches

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an automatic telephone
exchange from and after the 8th day of February 1971.

Notice of Intention to Take Land in Blocks IV, VIII, XII, and
XVI, Puketapu Survey District, Block IV, Maungaku Survey
District, Blocks IX and XIII, Karangahape Survey District,
and Blocks IX and XIII, Marotiri Survey District,
Taumarunui County, for a Limited Access Road
NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions
of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work,
namely, the construction of a limited access road and, for the
purposes of that public work, the land described in the Schedule
hereto is required to be taken; and notice is hereby further
given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is
deposited in the post office at Turangi and is there open for
inspection; that all persons affected by the execution of the said
public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have
any objection to the execution of the said public work or to the
taking of the said land, not being objections to the amount or
payment of compensation, set forth the same, in writing, and send
the written objection, within 40 days of the first publication of
this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington, and that, if
any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public
hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise
requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place
of the hearing.
