Declaration That Land is a Public Reserve
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Hutt County Council on the 18th day of March 1971: "That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 13 of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Hutt County Council hereby resolves that the piece of land (held by the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the said County in fee simple) and described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby declared to be public reserve for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act."

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—HUTT COUNTY PART Lot 5, D.P. 17327, being Part Ngarara, West A 73, situated in Block III, Kapiti Survey District: area, 9 acres and 18.3 perches, more or less. Part certificate of title, Volume A2, folio 512.

Dedication of a Road Reserve as a Road
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby dedicates the road reserve described in the Schedule hereto as a road.

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Dunedin City Council
PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for recreation purposes, and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Dunedin, in trust, for that purpose.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT LOT 1, D.P. 10554, being part Section 21, Block XXIX, Town of Dunedin: area, 16.6 perches, more or less.

Notice of Approval of Bylaws
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine and Fisheries hereby gives notice that he approves the Porirua Harbour Bylaws of the Porirua City Council and the Hutt County Council, acting jointly, and made by special order and passed and adopted at special meetings of the said Councils on 21 July 1971 and 22 July 1971 respectively.

Territorial Sea of Tokelau Islands—Official Notice
FOR the purposes of delineating the baseline for measuring the territorial sea of the Tokelau Islands, pursuant to Article 3 of the Convention on the Territorial Sea and the Contiguous Zone, signed at Geneva on the 29th day of April 1958, the low-water mark referred to in section 21 of the Tokelau Islands Amendment Act 1967 shall be in any specified area, the line of low-water at mean low-water spring tides as depicted on British Admiralty Chart No. 765 which is for the time being the largest scale nautical chart of the Tokelau Islands.

Approval of Revolving Blue Light for a Certain Vehicle
PURSUANT to regulation 49 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, the Secretary for Transport hereby approves the fitting of one revolving blue light on a Ford fire appliance, registered number FR 5018, operated by the Christchurch Metropolitan Fire Brigade, provided that the light shall be used only at the scene of a fire.

Fixing the Ward Representation of the Waikari Pest Destruction District (Notice No. 130 Ag. 20891A)
PURSUANT to section 33 of the Agricultural Pests Destruction Act 1967, the Waikari Pest Destruction Board hereby fixes the number of members to be elected for each ward of its district to be that specified opposite the name of each ward in the Schedule hereto.

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purposes of a burial ground and village site for the common use and benefit of the members of the Ngati Kiriwai subtribe and to be called "Tokopiko".
