Amending Declaration Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work (Kaihu Valley Railway) and Not Required for that Purpose to be Crown Land

Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 17th day of May 1971, and the declaration dated the 6th day of May 1971, and published in New Zealand Gazette, 13 May 1971, No. 34, page 912, is hereby revoked.
