Unclaimed Property—Notice of Election by the Public Trustee
to Become Manager Under Public Trust Office Act 1957,
Part V
WHEREAS Trevor Alfred Carr, of Gisborne, lawnmower
mechanic, is the owner of the property mentioned in the
Schedule hereto: And whereas after due inquiry the Public
Trustee does not know where the said Trevor Alfred Carr is,
or whether he is alive or dead, or whether he has any agent
or administrator in New Zealand to take possession of and
administer the said property: And whereas the gross value of
the said property (as estimated by the Public Trustee) does
not exceed $4,000 and for the purposes of subsection (2) of
section 80 of the Public Trust Office Act 1957, the Public
Trustee is satisfied that it is advisable that he should become
the manager of the said property: Now therefore the Public
Trustee, in exercise of the authority conferred upon him by the
said subsection (2), hereby elects to be manager of the said
property under Part V of the said Act.

district to be that specified opposite the name of each ward

PURSUANT to section 21 of the Agricultural Pests Destruction
Act 1967, the Otorohanga Pest Destruction Board hereby gives
notice that the Otorohanga Pest Destruction District, which was
constituted by Order in Council on the 15th day of March
1971, is hereby divided into wards, the names and boundaries
of which are specified in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
WARDS OF THE OTOROHANGA PEST DESTRUCTION DISTRICT
THE wards of the Otorohanga Pest Destruction District shall
have the names and boundaries of the Ridings of the Otoro-
hanga County as described in the Gazette, 1965, Vol. III, p.
1472, namely:
Korakonui
Ngaroma
Kiokio
Paewhenua
Te Rauamoa
Honikiwi
Waipa
Kawhia North

National Roads Board—Notice Declaring State Highway to be
a Limited Access Road
IT is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution
dated 15 September 1971, and pursuant to section 4 of the
Public Works Amendment Act 1963 hereby declares that part
of No. 1 State Highway (Awanui to Bluff) from its junction
with Willis Road to its junction with Wilson Street in Rangi-
tikei County as more particularly shown on Sheet 1 of plans
M.O.W. 17227, and the accompanying Schedule held in the
office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works, Wanganui,
and there available for public inspection, to be a limited
access road.
