Land Taken for the Purposes of a Street in the City of Wellington
ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of October 1971.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 20.8 perches situated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., and being Lot 20, D.P. 1402. All certificate of title, Volume 544, folio 287, Wellington Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 9th day of September 1971.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 12th day of February 1959,
to be road, and also hereby declare the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 20th day of August 1964, to be road.

ALL those pieces of land in the South Auckland R.D., described as follows:

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 1 rood 20 perches situated in Block VIII, Puketapu Survey District, South Auckland R.D., being part Hauhungaroa 2c (roadway); on plan M.O.W. 25382 (M.L. Plan 19981).
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked as above-mentioned, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink, edged pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 15th day of September 1971.
