IN THE MATTER of the Companies Act 1955, and IN THE MATTER of COLETTE HAIRSTYLING LIMITED:
NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 14th day of September 1971, presented to the said Court by CARNEGIE HAIRSTYLISTS LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 99 Willis Street, Wellington, hairdressers. And that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Wellington on the 20th day of October 1971, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
IN the matter of the Counties Act 1956 and the Public Works Act 1928:
NOTICE is hereby given that the Coromandel County Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work, namely, to take land for road, and for the purposes of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land as required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the County Clerk of the Council situated in Coromandel and is open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours. All persons affected by the execution of the public work or by the taking of such land who have any objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land must state their objections in writing, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, and send the same within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the County Clerk at the Council Chambers, Coromandel. If any objection is made a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

ALL that piece of land containing 30.2 perches, more or less, being Lot 2, Deposited Plan S. 14698, and being portion of the block called Opitonui and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 692, folio 42, South Auckland Registry, adjoining State highway at Te Rerenga, Coromandel.

WAIPA COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Waipa County Council proposes to execute a certain public work, to wit, the construction of a public road, for which purpose the land described in the Schedule hereto requires to be taken by the Council under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928.
A plan of the land required to be taken as aforesaid lies open to public inspection at the office of the Council in Bank Street, Te Awamutu. Every person affected is hereby called upon to set forth in writing any objection he may wish to make to the execution of such work or to the taking of such land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, and to send such written objection to the Waipa County Council within 40 days from the first publication of this notice. A public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROAD
IN THE MATTER OF THE PUBLIC WORKS ACT 1928
NOTICE is hereby given that the Rotorua City Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Act, to execute a certain public work, namely, to widen an existing public road or street, and for the purpose of such public work, the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk of the City of Rotorua, situated at Arawa Street in the City of Rotorua and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during office hours. Every person affected by the execution of the said public work, or by the taking of any of the said land, who may have any objection which he may wish to make to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, must set forth his objections in writing and send the same within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the Town Clerk, addressed to him at the Council Office, Arawa Street, in the City of Rotorua. If any such objection is made, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
PURSUANT to the provisions of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the New Plymouth City Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of one hundred and twenty thousand dollars ($120,000), to be known as the Waterworks Extension Loan 1971, authorised to be raised by the New Plymouth City Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of erecting, constructing, and providing within and without the City of New Plymouth extensions of and additions to the reticulation of the Council’s water supply, the New Plymouth City Council hereby makes a special rate of nought decimal nought two five (0.025c) in the dollar ($) upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable
