Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the
Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
set apart as a Maori reservation for the purposes of a spring
and place of historical interest for the common use and benefit
of Ngati Tuara and Ngati Kea people.

Maori Land Development Notice
WHEREAS by virtue of the notice referred to in the First
Schedule hereto, the land described in that notice was declared
to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori
Affairs Act 1953; and whereas it is desired to release a certain
parcel of that land from the provisions of the said Part XXIV:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 332 of the Maori
Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives
notice as follows.
NOTICE
- This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development
Notice Whangarei 1971, No. 30. - The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is
hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described
in the Second Schedule hereto. - The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is
hereby released from the provisions of Part XXIV of the
Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at
Licensed Premises, Porirua District Licensing Trust
Pursuant to section 34B of the Licensing Trusts' Act 1949,
I, Eric Alderson Missen, Secretary for Justice, hereby give
notice that the Porirua District Licensing Trust, at a meeting
held on 26 August 1971, passed the following resolution:
On any day other than a day on which the premises are
required to be closed, the Elsdon Retail Bottle Store, Prosser
Street, Elsdon, shall open at 9 a.m. and close at 6 p.m.,
except that between the second Saturday in the month of
November in any year and up to and including 31 December
in any year, these premises will open at 8 a.m. and close at
7 p.m.
