The Wairarapa Electric Power Board Water Power and Electric
Lines Licence, Amendment No. 2

PURSUANT to the Electricity Act 1968, the Minister of Electricity hereby amends the Wairarapa Electric Power Board
Water Board and Electric Lines Licence 1964* as amended by
the Wairarapa Electric Power Board Water Board and Electric
Lines Licence, Amendment No. 1 (Gazette, 7 May 1970, No.
27, page 802) by adding to the First Schedule, under the heading “Lines Authorised” the following paragraph:

“6. A line commencing from a line authorised by the
Minister of Electricity on 30 April 1971 (Gazette, 7 May 1970,
No. 27, page 802, clause 2, paragraph 2) and proceeding in a
north-easterly direction for a distance of 14.52 chains in Part
186, Block XVI, Puketoi Survey District, the said line being
more particularly shown on the plan marked N.Z.E.D. 840
deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington.”
