A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir
Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto (and which was taken for the North
Island Main Trunk Railway and is not now required for such
purpose) shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette,
become road, and that such road shall be under the control of
the National Roads Board and shall be maintained by the said
Board in like manner as other roads are controlled and main-
tained by the said Board.

Local Agricultural Pest Order 1971.
(2) This order shall come into force on the day after
its notification in the Gazette. -
The rook is hereby declared to be a pest of local impor-
tance in the Eastern Hawke's Bay Pest Destruction District.

is hereby excluded from the Manawatu Catchment District
and included in the Rangitikei Catchment District; and also
hereby declares that the land described in the Second Schedule
hereto is hereby excluded from the Rangitikei Catchment
District and included in the Manawatu Catchment District
from and after the 20th day of September 1971.
