  1. Special Excursion Tickets

  2. Conditions--Special excursion return journey tickets for distances of not less than 12 miles will be issued between such stations and on such days and for such trains as may from time to time be decided upon by the Department. These tickets will be available for such period as may be specified in each case and, except as otherwise provided, will not be available for break of journey.

  3. Fares for distances up to 700 miles will be charged at the following rates:

Fares for distances exceeding 700 miles will be computed by adding to the fare for 700 miles the fare at the foregoing scale, or at the scale for ordinary fares (section 2) where cheaper, for the additional mileage involved.
