Declaring Land Taken for Road in Block IX, Belmont Survey

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road from and after
the 13th day of September 1971.

ALL that piece of land containing 23.5 perches situated in
Block IX, Belmont Survey District, Wellington R.D., and

Declaring a Right of Way Easement Over Land Taken for an
Institution Established Under the Child Welfare Act 1925, in
Block XIII, Ohinemuri Survey District

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, a right of way ease-
ment over the land described in the First Schedule hereto is
hereby taken for an institution established under the Child
Welfare Act 1925, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen full and
free liberty, right, licence, and authority in perpetuity to con-
struct and use a right of way, with the right for Her Majesty's
servants, agents, workmen, and invitees from time to time and
all times hereafter to go, pass, and repass with or without
horses or other animals, vehicles, or machinery over the said
right of way for the purpose of providing access to the land
described in the Second Schedule hereto, such easement of
right of way to be held appurtenant to the land described in
the said Second Schedule from and after the 13th day of
September 1971.
FIRST SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 0.4 of a perch situated in
Block XIII, Ohinemuri Survey District, being part eastern
portion Hararahi No. 1 Block (D.P. 19081); as the same is
more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W.
25385 (S.O. 45107) deposited in the office of the Minister of
Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
SECOND SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood situated in Block
XIII, Ohinemuri Survey District, being eastern portion of
Hararahi No. 1 Block (D.P. 19081); as the same is more par-
