Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby revokes the declaration dated the 27th day of November 1970, published in Gazette, 14 January 1971, Volume I, page 10, and lodged as No. 857207, Wellington Land Registry, declaring land taken for a State primary school in the City of Wellington, subject to certain restrictions, and declares that a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a secondary school, and that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the drainage and other rights thereover created by or granted by Deed No. 66840 and subject to the building-line restriction contained in Order in Council No. 1660, Wellington Land Registry, for a secondary school as from the 13th day of September 1971.
