PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Ngauranga - Basin Reserve Motorway.

Amending a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line of a Portion of the Ngauranga - Basin Reserve Motorway in the City of Wellington

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby amend the Proclamation dated the 15th day of March 1966, published in Gazette, 24 March 1966, Volume 1, page 403, and registered as Proclamation No. 666674 (Wellington Land Registry) (hereinafter called "the former Proclamation") defining the middle line
of a portion of the Ngauranga - Basin Reserve Motorway in the City of Wellington, so that the former Proclamation shall affect not only the land situated within the limits shown coloured red on the plan marked M.O.W. 20212 referred to in the former Proclamation, but also the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Land Set Apart as Provisional State Forest Declared to be Subject to the Land Act 1948
ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 19 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, acting on the joint recommendation of the Minister of Lands and of the Minister of Forests, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being provisional State forest reserve, set apart by Proclamation dated the 29th day of April 1919, and published in Gazette, 8 May 1919, Volume II, page 1290, is required for the settlement purposes; and, in accordance with the provisions of the said Act, such land shall, from and after the day of gazetting hereof, cease to be provisional State forest land and shall become Crown land, available for sale, lease, reservation, or other disposition under the provisions of the Land Act 1948.

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT-GREY COUNTY
