CORRIGENDUM

In the special order made by the Waitemata County Council, altering riding boundaries in Waitemata County, published in Gazette, 1 July 1971, No. 49, page 1248, for "An area of Kaukapakapa Riding shall be included within the Whangaparaoa Riding, and the boundaries of the said Whangaparaoa Riding shall be as described in Schedule 2 hereto" read "An area of the Kaukapakapa Riding shall be included within the Whangaparaoa Riding which shall be renamed Hibiscus Coast Riding and the boundaries of the said Hibiscus Coast Riding shall be as described in Schedule 2 hereto"; the latter appears in the special order signed by the County Chairman and the County Clerk of the Waitemata County Council.

Land Taken for the Generation of Electricity in Block XII, Puketapu Survey District, Hawke’s Bay County

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 276 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the generation of electricity; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of September 1971.

SCHEDULE

HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land containing 90 acres 2 roods 32 perches situated in Block XII, Puketapu Survey District, Hawke's Bay R.D., being Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 4361, being part Petane No. 1 Block and part Section 3, Block XII, Puketapu Survey District. All certificate of title, Register C1, folio 131, Hawke's Bay Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 2nd day of September 1971.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the entirety of the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control purposes, and that, notwithstanding section 19 of the Public Works Act 1928, no part of the said land shall be deemed to be excepted out of this Proclamation; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of September 1971.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land containing 3 acres, more or less, being part Sections 6 and 7, Block VIII, Inch Clutha Survey District, being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 235, folio 213, Otago Land Registry.
