WE, the persons named and described in Parts I and III of the Schedule hereto and J.B.L. CONSOLIDATED LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland, do hereby give notice that the Special Partnership registered herein is hereby dissolved.

And we, the persons named and described in Parts I and II of the Schedule hereto and J.B.L. CONSOLIDATED LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland, do hereby certify that by registration of this certificate we do hereby form and constitute a Special Partnership under the provisions of Part II of the Partnership Act 1908. And do hereby further certify, pursuant to the provisions of section 51 of the said Act, as follows:

(a) The style of the firm under which the Partnership is to be conducted is “CHESHIRE STREET No. 2 TERMINATING SYNDICATE—J.B.L. CONSOLIDATED LIMITED AND COMPANY”.

(b) The names and places of residence of all the partners are as follows:

General Partner: J.B.L. Consolidated Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 46 Kitchener Street, Auckland;

Special Partners: The persons whose names and addresses are set forth in Parts I and II in the Schedule hereto.

(c) The aforesaid special partners have contributed to the common stock of the partnership the sums listed against their respective names in the Schedule hereto. The general partner has not contributed to the common stock of the partnership.

(d) The general nature of the business to be transacted by the partnership is that of owning and holding a certain piece of land at Cheshire Street, Parnell, Auckland, and of managing, leasing, and maintaining the same as an investment.

(e) The principal place at which the business is to be transacted is at the offices of the general partner J.B.L. Consolidated Limited, 46 Kitchener Street, Auckland.

(f) The partnership is to commence on the date of registration of this certificate and is to terminate on the 18th day of March 1973.

HOBSON COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

IN the matter of the Counties Act 1956 and in the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby given that the Hobson County Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the lands situated in and about the bed of the Tangowahine Stream and described in the Schedules hereto for the purpose of soil conservation and river control works. A plan of the said lands is deposited at the office of the Hobson County Council, Hokianga Road, Dargaville, and is there open for inspection by all persons during office hours. All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said lands are hereby required and called upon to set forth in writing any objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said lands (not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation) and to send such written objection within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice to the County Clerk of the Hobson County Council, Hokianga Road, Dargaville. If any such objection is made, as aforesaid, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of hearing.
