PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that the portion of road
described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date
hereof, become county road.

ALL that portion of road situated in Block XXXIV, Eyre
Survey District, Southland County, passing through Crown
land (part Run 302c) and commencing at the southern
boundary of Eyre Creek Farm Settlement, and proceeding
thence in a north-easterly direction generally for a distance of
approximately 84 chains; as the same is more particularly
