CLAIMS
IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of WALKER, HOBSON, AND HILL LTD.: NOTICE is hereby given that the above-named company on the 31st day of July 1971, duly passed the following special resolution:
That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Malcolm John Mason, Chartered Accountant, of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.
And notice is hereby given that the undersigned does hereby fix the 15th day of September 1971 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
IN the matter of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and the Public Works Act 1928:
NOTICE is hereby given that the Mount Albert Borough Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work, namely, to form a new street between Argyle Street and Gordon Road in the Borough of Mount Albert; and for the purposes of such public work the lands, being portion of 44 Leslie Avenue, and described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the said lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk to the said Council, situate at 615 New North Road, Mount Albert, and is open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours. All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by taking of such lands may set forth in writing any objection they may wish to make to the execution of the works or to the taking of the lands, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, and may send the written objection within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the Town Clerk at the Council Office, 615 New North Road, Mount Albert (P.O. Box 8575, Auckland 1). If any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objections will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and the place of the hearing.
