of Lands hereby appoints the Hutt-Wairarapa Play Centre
Association Incorporated to control and manage the reserve
described in the Schedule hereto subject to the provisions of
the said Act, as a reserve for education (pre-school) purposes.

launch;
(b) Local launchmen's licences;
(c) Certificates of competency as inshore fishing skipper;
(d) Certificates of competency as second-class diesel trawler
engineer; and
(e) Certificates of competency as engineer of restricted-limit
motor ship,

in terms of section 20 of the said Act with effect from the
date hereof.
