Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 30th day of August 1971.

All that piece of land containing 11.1 perches being part Rangiuru 1a 5a Block, situated in Block III, Maketu Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 24313 (S.O. 43889) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors and Citizens of the City of Manukau as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 30th day of August 1971.

North Auckland Land District

All that piece of land containing 7.4 perches situated in Block XII, Titirangi Survey District, City of Manukau, North Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 196, Manurewa Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 25387 (S.O. 45683) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 22nd day of September 1970, and published in Gazette, 1 October 1970, No. 60, page 1760, taking land for the Ngauranga - Basin Reserve Motorway in the City of Wellington, in so far as it affects the land secondly described in the Schedule thereto, and hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby taken for the Ngauranga - Basin Reserve Motorway.

Wellington Land District

All that piece of land containing 12 perches situated in Block VII, Port Nicholson Survey District, City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., and being Lot 2, Deeds Plan 191. Part certificate of title, Volume 534, folio 124, Wellington Land Registry (limited as to parcels).

Pursuant to section 2 (2) of the Purangi Landless Maoris Act 1907, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby reduce the area of land subject to the provisions of the Purangi Landless Maoris Act 1907, and described in the Second Schedule to that Act, by excluding from the provisions of that Act all that piece of land described in the Schedule hereto.
