BAY OF ISLANDS COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROAD
NOTICE is hereby given that the Bay of Islands County Council intends, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the parcels of land described in the Schedule hereto for road and severance. And notice is hereby further given that plans of the said parcels of land proposed to be taken are deposited at the office of the said Council, situated at Main Road, Kawakawa, and may there be inspected without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours. All persons affected by the taking of the said parcels of land, and having an objection thereto, not being an objection as to the amount of compensation, must state their objections in writing and send the same to the County Clerk, Bay of Islands County Council, P.O. Box 11, Kawakawa, so as to reach him not later than 40 days after the first publication of this notice. If any objection is received, a public hearing of the same will be held unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be notified of the time and place of such hearing.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, and in the matter of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Lower Hutt City Council, being a local authority within the meaning of the Public Works Act 1928, proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts and of every and other power it thereunto enabling, to execute a public work, i.e., the widening of Wainui Hill Road in the City of Lower Hutt, and for the purposes of the said public work the piece of land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken.
Notice is hereby further given that a copy of Survey Office Plan No. 24130 delineating the land described in the Schedule hereto is deposited in the offices of the Council, Administration Building, Laings Road, Lower Hutt, and is there open for inspection by all persons without fee during ordinary office hours. Every person who is affected by the execution of the said public work or the taking of the said piece of land or either of them and who has any objection he may wish to make to the execution of such public work or the taking of the said piece of land or either of them (not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation), shall send his written objection within the period of forty (40) days from the date of first publication of this notice to the Town Clerk, Lower Hutt, at his office, Administration Building, Laings Road, Lower Hutt. If any such objection is made a public hearing of the objection will be held unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
SCHEDULE HEREINBEFORE REFERRED TO
ALL that piece of land situate in the City of Lower Hutt, containing one rood thirty-six and eighty-five one hundredths perches (1r. 36.85p.) more or less, being part of Section 77, Hutt District, and being also that part of Lot 4 on Deposited Plan No. 8232, more particularly shown coloured yellow on Survey Office Plan No. 24130, and being part of the land contained in certificate of title, Volume 409, folio 180, Wellington Registry.

WANGANUI COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
NOTICE is hereby given that the Wanganui County Council, acting under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, proposes to execute a certain public work, namely, to take land for a road, and for the purpose of such work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken. Notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required for such public work is deposited in the offices of Messrs Armstrong, Barton, Latham, Hankins, and Rowan, Solicitors, 44 Wicksteed Place, Wanganui, and is open for inspection by all persons during office hours. All persons affected by the execution of such public work who have any objection they may wish to make thereto, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, must state their objection in writing and deliver it to the Clerk at the Wanganui County Council at Wanganui within 40 days from the first publication of this notice. If any objection is made to the execution of such public work a public hearing of the objection will be held unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

Plan 27481, which land adjoins the northern side of Mangamahu Road and the southern bank of the Mangawhero River; secondly, 21.2 perches, being part Mangawhero River bed, and being more particularly shown coloured blue on S.O. Plan 27481, which land lies immediately north of Mangamahu Road; thirdly, 28.1 perches, being Part B, Mangawhero East Block, being also part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, volume A1, folio 312 (Wellington Registry), and being more particularly shown coloured sepia on S.O. Plan 27481, which land adjoins the north bank of the Mangawhero River and the northern side of Mangamahu Road; fourthly, 1.1 perches being Part B, Mangawhero East Block, being also part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 496, folio 270 (Wellington Registry), and being more particularly shown coloured blue on S.O. Plan 27481, which land adjoins the southern side of Mangamahu Road north of the Mangawhero River; fifthly, 1 rood and 8.1 perches, being Part B, Mangawhero East Block, being also comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume A1, folio 312 (Wellington Registry), and being more particularly shown coloured sepia on S.O.
