A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of August 1971.

Land Set Apart as Provisional State Forest Declared to be Subject to the Land Act 1948

ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to subsection (2) of section 19 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, acting on the joint recommendation of the Minister of Lands and of the Minister of Forests, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being portion of provisional State forest reserve, set apart by Proclamation dated the 25th day of November 1952 and published in Gazette, 4 December 1952, Volume III, page 1987, is required for settlement purposes; and, in accordance with the provisions of the said Act, such land shall, from and after the day of the gazetting hereof, cease to be provisional State forest land and shall become Crown land, available for sale, lease, reservation, or other disposition, under the provisions of the Land Act 1948.

PARTS Sections 4 and 6, Block II, Maungamangero Survey District: area, 622 acres and 7 perches, more or less. As shown on the plan marked L. and S. 10/92/120, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon edged red (S.O. Plan 45388).

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Southland Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICTโ€”WALLACE COUNTY

PART Section 7, Block XII, Waiau Survey District: area, 2 acres, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 135, folio 122. Appurtenant hereto is a right to convey water and electricity created by Transfer 111471, over part Section 7, comprised in certificate of title, Volume A4, folio 1341.
