CORRIGENDUM
In the Hop Marketing Committee Election (Notice No. 74 Ag. 60546), published in Gazette, 29 July 1971, at p. 1500, for “11 August 1971” in lines 14 and 15 of the notice, read “8 September 1971”, which latter date appears in the notice signed by the Returning Officer.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in the Rangitikei Catchment Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of August 1971.

All those pieces of land situated in Block II, Sandy Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:
