NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 23rd day of November 1970, presented to the said Court by JOHN REGINALD KELLY, of Mount Albert, motor garage proprietor, and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland, on the 26th day of February 1971 at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company, requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

RANGITIKEI COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROAD

NOTICE is hereby given that the Rangitikei County Council proposes under the Public Works Act 1928 to execute a certain public work, namely, the construction of a road and for the purposes of that public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that the plans showing the land so required to be taken are deposited in the office of Messrs Evans, Easter, Harris, and Goodman, Solicitors, 335 Wellington Road, Marton, and are there open for inspection, without fee, during ordinary office hours.

Every person affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any objection to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth the same in writing and send the written objection to the County Clerk, Rangitikei County Council Chambers, High Street, Marton, within 40 days of the first publication of this notice. If any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held unless the objector otherwise requires and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

SCHEDULE

FIRST all that piece of land situated on the southern side of Te Hou Hou Road, Rata, containing 1.2 perches, more or less, coloured orange on Survey Office Plan 27970, situated in Block IX, Ongo Survey District, being part Taraketi X, and being part of the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 99, folio 297 (Wellington Registry).

Secondly all those pieces of land situate on the southern side of the State Highway, Turangaarere, containing 3.3 perches, more or less, coloured blue on Survey Office Plan 27919, and 0.1 of a perch, more or less, and 0.3 of a perch, more or less, both coloured blue, edged blue, on the said plan situated in Block V, Ohinewairua Survey District, being parts of Motukawa 2B11A, and being parts of the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 608, folio 71 (Wellington Registry).

WAIPA COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Waipa County Council proposes to execute a certain public work, to wit, the construction of a public road for which purpose the land described in the Schedule hereto requires to be taken by the Council under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928. A plan of the land required to be taken as aforesaid lies open to public inspection at the office of the Council in Bank Street, Te Awamutu.

Every person affected is hereby called upon to set forth in writing any objection he may wish to make to the execution of such work or to the taking of such land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, and to send such written objection to the Waipa County Council within 40 days from the first publication of this notice. A public hearing of the objection will be held unless the objector otherwise requires and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
