the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said
company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order
on the said petition may appear at the time of the hearing in
person or by his counsel for the purpose; and a copy of the
petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor
or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on pay-
ment of the regulation charge for the same.

IN the matter of Part II of the Partnership Act 1908, and in
the matter of a special partnership known as Great South
Road Syndicate—J.B.L. Consolidated Limited and Company:

WE, the persons named and described in the Schedule hereto
and J.B.L. Consolidated Limited, a duly incorporated company
having its registered office at Auckland, do hereby certify that
by registration of the certificate we do hereby form and consti-
tute a special partnership under the provisions of Part II of the
Partnership Act 1908, and do hereby further certify, pursuant
to the provisions of section 51 of the said Act, as follows:

(a) The style of the firm under which the partnership is to
be conducted is “GREAT SOUTH ROAD SYNDI-
CATE—J.B.L. CONSOLIDATED LIMITED AND
COMPANY.”

(b) The names and places of residence of all the partners
are as follows:

General Partners: J.B.L. Consolidated Ltd., a duly
incorporated company having its registered office at
46 Kitchener Street, Auckland.

Special Partners: The persons whose names and
addresses are set forth in the Schedule hereto.

(c) The aforesaid special partners have contributed to the
common stock of the partnership the sums listed
against their respective names in the Schedule hereto.
The general partner has not contributed to the com-
mon stock of the partnership.

(d) The general nature of the business to be transacted by
the partnership is that of owning and holding a certain
piece of land at Great South Road, Otahuhu, Auck-
land, and of managing, leasing, and maintaining the
same as an investment.

(e) The principal place at which the business is to be trans-
acted is at the offices of the general partner, J.B.L.
Consolidated Limited, 46 Kitchener Street, Auckland.

(f) The partnership is to commence on the date of registra-
tion of this certificate and is to terminate 7 years
thereafter.

Dated at Auckland this 22nd day of July 1971.

The common seal of J.B.L. Consolidated Limited, as general
partner, was hereunto affixed in the presence of:
