Maori Land Development Notice
WHEREAS by Maori Land Development Notice Hamilton 1971,
No. 22, a certain notice under Part XXIV of the Maori
Affairs Act 1953 is revoked:
Now, therefore, in partial replacement of such notice, the
Board of Maori Affairs, acting pursuant to section 330 of
the Maori Affairs Act 1953, hereby gives notice as follows.
NOTICE
1.This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development
Notice Hamilton 1971, No. 26.
2.The land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act
1953.

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the
Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a burial
ground for the common use and benefit of the descendants of
the Douglas family.

State Forest Land
NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule
hereto has been acquired, under the Forests Act 1949, as
permanent State forest land.

WAJAPU COUNTY
FIRSTLY, Lot 1, Land Transfer Plan 5540, being part Manutahi
1B 2 Block, situated in Block XVI, Mangaoparo Survey District
and Block IV, Mata Survey District: area, 6 acres 1 rood
28 perches, more or less. Comprised in Transfer No. 99625. As
shown on the plan marked N. 72/4 and deposited in the Head
Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington and
thereon edged green.
Secondly, Lot 1, D.P. 5541, being part Manutahi 1B 3 Block,
situated in Block XVI, Mangaoparo Survey District and Block
IV, Mata Survey District: area, 5 acres 1 rood 35 perches,

Approval of Revolving Amber Light for a Certain Vehicle
PURSUANT to regulation 39 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*,
the Secretary for Transport hereby approves the fitting of one
revolving yellow or amber light on one vehicle operated by
Heath Consultants (Australia) Pty. Ltd., provided that:

  1. The vehicle is painted a conspicuous colour.
  2. The light shall be used only while gas leakage surveying
    or recording is being carried out.

    Decisions Under the Sales Tax Act 1932-33, Notice No. 58
    DECISIONS in interpretation of the Sales Tax Act notified in the
    Supplement to the New Zealand Gazette of 30 April 1970,
    No. 25, are amended as follows:
    Minister’s Decision 6 is amended by the addition of the
    following:
    (10) The enveloping, addressing, stamping and/or mailing
    of printed matter. Tax is, however, payable on any
    taxable materials used.
