WHEREAS by virtue of the notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto the land described in that notice was declared to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas the appellations of certain parcels of the land have been changed by subsequent orders of the Maori Land Court; and whereas certain parcels of the land have been released from the provisions of the said Part XXIV; and whereas it is desired to replace the aforesaid notice by further notices referring to the balance of the land under the current appellations:

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows.
