Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for the Purposes of a Road in Block III, Ellesmere Survey District, Wairewa County

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Ataahua Farm Company Limited, having its registered office at Christchurch, under and by virtue of Crown lease recorded in Register 2C, folio 1195, Canterbury Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road from and after the 2nd day of August 1971.
