Further Portion of the Dunedin-Milton Motorway in
Irregular Block, East Taieri Survey District, and Block VII,

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie
Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
revoke the Proclamation dated the 21st day of January 1971,
and published in Gazette, 28 January 1971, No. 6, page 105,
and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Dunedin as No.
366354, defining the middle line of a further portion of the
Dunedin-Milton Motorway in Irregular Block, East Taieri
Survey District, and Block VII, Dunedin and East Taieri
Survey District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this
1st day of July 1971.

Turangi Township in Block III, Pihanga Survey District,
Taupo County

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 11 of the Turangi Township Act 1964,
and the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt,
Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby pro-
claim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for the establishment and development
of the Turangi Township.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block III, Pihanga Survey
District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1947, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the
middle line of a further portion of the Dunedin-Milton Motor-
way shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall affect only the
lands situated within the limits of the area shown coloured red,
on the plan marked M.O.W. 24805 (S.O. 12977B) referred to
in the said Schedule.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
COMMENCING at a point on the south-western boundary of Lot
30, Deeds Plan 164, 1 chain from the north-western corner of
that lot, proceeding thence in an easterly direction generally for
a distance of 88 chains approximately, passing in, into,
through, or over the following roads, streets, ways, highways,
or lands, etc., viz: part Lots 30, 28, 26, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 10, and 11,
Deeds Plan 164 (Proclamation No. 332831); part Lot 1, D.P.
