This consent confers no rights to water under the Water and Soil Conservation Act 1967, or otherwise.

For the purpose of assessing the rental or annual sum payable in respect of this consent, the maximum generating capacity of the plant at the date of this consent is 11 kW.
REVOCATION
THIS consent is issued in place of a licence issued to William Gray Henderson, of Lake Brunner, by an Order in Council dated the 7th day of February 1967, and appearing in the Gazette on the 16th day of February 1967, at page 219, which licence is consequentially revoked.
SCHEDULE
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORKS
(a) Head works consisting of an intake with a water race and pipeline leading across Scenic Reserve 1451, giving a static head of 80 ft.
(b) Pelton wheel and powerhouse situated in part Section 3671 and part Scenic Reserve, Block XI, Hohonu Survey District.
(c) Tail race leading from the powerhouse to Carew's Creek situated in Scenic Reserve 1451.
As shown on the plan marked N.Z.E.D. 511A deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington.
Dated at Wellington this 5th day of July 1971.

The Traffic (East Coast Bays Borough and Waitemata County) Notice No. 2, 1971
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (East Coast Bays Borough and Waitemata County) Notice No. 2, 1971.

The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

The areas and roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

The areas and roads specified in the Third Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 40-miles-an-hour speed limit areas for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

The Traffic (East Coast Bays Borough and Waitemata County) Notice No. 1, 1970β which relates to roads and areas in East Coast Bays Borough and Waitemata County is hereby revoked.
FIRST SCHEDULE
SITUATED within East Coast Bays Borough:
East Coast Road.
Forrest Hill Road.
Glenvar Road (from the northern boundary of East Coast Bays Borough to County Road).
SECOND SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Waitemata County:
Adjacent to Takapuna City, Northcote Borough, Birkenhead Borough, and East Coast Bays Borough:
All that area, with the exception of that portion of Glenfield Road described in the Third Schedule hereto, bounded by a line commencing at a point at the junction of the north-western side of Glenfield Road with the south-western side of the No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff); thence south-easterly generally along the southern side of the said State highway across Glenfield Road, Hogans Road, View Road, Halberg Street, Hillside Road, and Archers Road to the north-western boundary of Takapuna City; thence south-easterly generally along the said boundary to the bank of the Barrys Point Lagoon; thence south-westerly generally along the bank of the said lagoon to the north-western boundary of Northcote Borough; thence south-westerly generally along that boundary and north-westerly generally along the northern boundary of
Birkenhead Borough to the south-western bank of the Kaipatiki Creek; thence northerly generally along the south-eastern and eastern banks of the Kaipatiki Creek and the south-eastern banks of the Oruamo Creek and the Lignite Stream to a point due west of the commencing point; thence easterly generally by a right line to the commencing point.
All that area bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the south-eastern side of Sunset Road with the western boundary of the East Coast Bays Borough; thence southerly generally along the western boundary of the East Coast Bays Borough and the north-western boundary of Takapuna City to the north-eastern side of the No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff); thence by a right line northerly generally to the junction of the western side of Sycamore Drive with the south-eastern side of Sunset Road; thence north-easterly generally along the south-eastern side of Sunset Road to the commencing point.
At Albany:
No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) (from Bush Road to a point 6 chains measured north-westerly generally along the said State highway from the Albany-Paremormo Wharf Road (the Avenue)).
At Glenfield:
Mirovale Place.
Sunnynook Road West.
Target Road (from a point 4 chains measured south-easterly generally along Target Road from Ellice Road to a point 18 chains measured north-westerly generally along Target Road from Sunnynook Road West). Tawavale Crescent. Totaravale Drive.
At Long Bay:
Beach Road (from the northern boundary of the East Coast Bays Borough to the coast of the Hauraki Gulf). Long Bay Drive (from the northern boundary of the East Coast Bays Borough to Beach Road).

All that area bounded by a line commencing at the junction of the western side of Cutts Crescent with the northern side of Paremoremo Block Road; thence north-westerly generally along the northern side of Paremoremo Block Road to the southern bank of the Paremoremo Creek; thence easterly generally along the said bank of the said creek to a point due north of a point on Paremoremo Block Road, 25 chains measured south-easterly generally along Paremoremo Block Road from Cutts Crescent; thence due south by a right line to the said point on the northern side of Paremoremo Block Road; thence north-westerly generally along the northern side of the said road to the commencing point.
