5. This consent confers no rights to water under the Water and Soil Conservation Act 1967, or otherwise.

6. For the purpose of assessing the rental or annual sum payable in respect of this consent, the maximum generating capacity of the plant at the date of this consent is 11 kW.

REVOCATION

THIS consent is issued in place of a licence issued to William Gray Henderson, of Lake Brunner, by an Order in Council dated the 7th day of February 1967, and appearing in the Gazette on the 16th day of February 1967, at page 219, which licence is consequentially revoked.

(a) Head works consisting of an intake with a water race and pipeline leading across Scenic Reserve 1451, giving a static head of 80 ft.

(c) Tail race leading from the powerhouse to Carew's Creek situated in Scenic Reserve 1451.

The Traffic (East Coast Bays Borough and Waitemata County) Notice No. 2, 1971

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (East Coast Bays Borough and Waitemata County) Notice No. 2, 1971.

2. The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

3. The areas and roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

4. The areas and roads specified in the Third Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 40-miles-an-hour speed limit areas for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

5. The Traffic (East Coast Bays Borough and Waitemata County) Notice No. 1, 1970† which relates to roads and areas in East Coast Bays Borough and Waitemata County is hereby revoked.
