Stipendiary Magistrate, to exercise the domestic jurisdiction of
the Magistrate's Court.

Pursuant to section 31 (3) of the Criminal Justice Act 1954
(as substituted by section 4 of the Criminal Justice Amendment
Act 1961), His Excellency the Governor-General has been

Desmond John Sullivan, Esq.,
Stipendiary Magistrate of Wellington, to be Chairman of the
Arohata Borstal Parole Board for a period of 3 years from
30 June 1971.
