between the northernmost corner of an area of 6 acres 3 roods
39 perches, shown coloured blue on S.O. Plan 27511 (now
part of Section 3, Block II, Kumeu Survey District), and the
south-western corner of that Section 3, and proceeding north-
easterly along that production and right line, to and along the
south-eastern boundaries of Lots 9 and 10, D.P. 9826, and
the last boundary produced, to and northerly along the middle
of State Highway No. 16, to a point in line with the middle
of Kiwitahi Road in Block III, Kumeu Survey District; thence
easterly along a right line, crossing the Newmarket-Opua
Railway, to and north-easterly generally along the middle of
the aforesaid road, to and along the middle of Old North
Road, to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of
Section 11, Block XV, Kaipara Survey District; thence north-
easterly along a right line, to and along the south-eastern

boundary of Albany Riding, hereinbefore described; thence

the Waitakere River to a point in line with the north-eastern
