Declaring Portion of Road in Block XV, Ngaruroro Survey District, Hawke's Bay County, to be County Road

PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date hereof, become county road.

SCHEDULE

HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that portion of road in the Hawke's Bay Land District, Hawke's Bay County, known as Gull Road, commencing at the eastern corner of Section 13, Block XV, Ngaruroro Survey District, thence proceeding generally westerly for a distance of 2 miles 30 chains measured along the southern roadside to the east side of Section 15, Block XV, Ngaruroro Survey District.

As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 25212 (S.O. 5378), deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured burnt sienna, and marked C—D.
