NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF CLASSIFICATION LIST—OSWALD STREAM RATING DISTRICT
Classification Under Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941, of Land in the Southland Catchment District

NOTICE is hereby given that the land in the part of the Southland Catchment District described in the Schedule hereto has been classified under the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941, and the classification is deemed a valid classification as from the date on which this notice is first published, namely 16 June 1971.

ALL the lands within the Southland Catchment District shown edged in red on Classification Plan S.C.B. No. A. 563/1, deposited for inspection during office hours at the offices of the Southland Catchment Board, 143 Spey Street, Invercargill.

NOTICE OF RESULT OF POLL ON LOAN PROPOSAL
BLENHEIM BOBOUGH COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 38 of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, notice is hereby given that a poll of ratepayers of the Borough of Blenheim taken on 12 June 1971, on the proposal of the above-named local authority, to raise a loan of $15,000 to be known as the Alfred Street Bridge Loan 1971, for the purpose of replacing the Alfred Street Bridge resulted as follows:

The number of votes recorded for the proposal was 2,227
The number of votes recorded against the proposal was 412
The number of informal votes was 25

I therefore declare that the proposal was carried.

The price of each Gazette varies and is printed thereon.

The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening of each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before 12 o’clock of the day preceding publication.

Advertisements are charged at the rate of 10c per line.

The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.

All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, etc., should be written in a legible hand.

NEW ZEALAND STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS

These are not now available from Government Bookshops but may be obtained from the New Zealand Standards Association, Private Bag, Wellington.

STATUTORY REGULATIONS

Under the Regulations Act 1936, statutory regulations of general legislative force are no longer published in the New Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of the following arrangements:

(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing), subscription $10 per calendar year in advance.

(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram, $5 per volume. (Volumes for years 1936–37 and 1939–42 are out of print.)

(3) Separate regulations as issued.
