Declaring Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for the Grafton Gully - Beach Road Motorway in the City of Auckland

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto held from Her Majesty the Queen by Una Speedy, under and by virtue of lease No. 20788, recorded in Volume 1129, folio 242, North Auckland Land Registry, is hereby taken for the Grafton Gully - Beach Road Motorway from and after the 14th day of June 1971.
