the rateable value of all rateable property of the Mairangi Bay special rating roll, which comprises the Mairangi Bay commercial area as zoned in the first district reviewed scheme of the East Coast Bays Borough Council, and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the said loan and be payable on the 1st day of August each year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 20 years, or until such loan is paid off, and the said Council doth hereby appropriate and pledge the said rate as security for the said loan.

PAPARUA COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Paparua County Council hereby resolves as follows:

"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of $24,000 authorised to be raised by the Paparua County Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of extending the high pressure water supply system, the said Paparua County Council makes a special rate of 0.000021 of a cent in the dollar on the rateable value (on the basis of capital value) of all rateable property within the Paparua County, and that the special rate shall be an annualrecurring rate during the currency of the loan, and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 25 years, or until the loan is fully paid off."

ELLESMERE COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Ellesmere County Council hereby resolves as follows:

That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of $17,000, authorised to be raised by the Ellesmere County Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of providing Rolleston Township with an improved water supply, the said Ellesmere County Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal two two five cents (.225c) in the dollar on the rateable value (on the basis of the capital value) of all rateable property in the Rolleston Township Water Supply Area, and that the special rate shall be an annualrecurring rate during the currency of the loan and shall be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 20 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

I hereby certify that the above is a true and correct copy of a resolution passed by the Ellesmere County Council on the 17th day of May 1971.

EAST COAST BAYS BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

Browns Bay Parking Loan 1971, $40,000

PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the East Coast Bays Borough Council resolved:

That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of $40,000 authorised to be raised by the East Coast Bays Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of purchasing land for a car park in the Browns Bay Shopping Area, the said East Coast Bays Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of 0.71481 cent in the dollar upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Browns Bay special rating roll which comprises the Browns Bay commercial area as zoned in the first district reviewed scheme of the East Coast Bays Borough Council, and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the said loan and be payable on the 1st day of August each year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 20 years, or until such loan is paid off, and the said Council doth hereby appropriate and pledge the said rate as security for the said loan.

TE KUITI BOROUGH COUNCIL
NOTICE OF RESULT OF POLL ON LOAN PROPOSAL

PURSUANT to section 13 (2) (or section 38) of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, notice is hereby given that a poll of the ratepayers of the Te Kuiti Borough Council, taken on 13 May 1971, on the proposal of the above-named Local Authority to raise a loan of $50,000 to be known as the Administration Building Loan 1970, for the purpose of building a new administration building and library resulted as follows:

The number of votes recorded for the proposal was 173
The number of votes recorded against the proposal was 158
The number of informal votes was nil

I therefore declare that the proposal was carried.
