(in voluntary liquidation), and in the matter of the Companies Act 1935, take notice that, in pursuance of section 281 of the above-named Act, the final general meeting of members of the above-named company will be held at the office of the liquidator, Mr Charles Franklin Sanders, No. 2, Brightside Road, Auckland, on the 18th day of June 1971, at 10.15 a.m., for the purpose of laying before such meeting the account of the winding up of the above-named company and the giving of any explanation thereof.
