UPON reading the notice of motion of ROBERT JAMES COOK, the
liquidator of the above-named company, dated the 16th day
of April 1971, and the affidavit of the said liquidator filed
herein; and upon hearing Mr C. G. S. Wilson of counsel on
behalf of the said liquidator, and it appearing that the affairs
of the said company have been completely wound up, this
Court hereby orders that the said liquidator be released from
his administration of the property of the said company, and
hereby further orders that the said company be dissolved as
from the 30th day of April 1971.

NORTHLAND HARBOUR BOARD
Notice of Intention to Take Land

In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby
given, under the provision of the Public Works Act 1928, that
the Northland Harbour Board proposes, under the provisions
of the said Act, to take the land described in the Schedule
hereto for harbour works, namely for the placing of dredg-
ings and reclamation of the said land; and notice is hereby
further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken
is deposited in the office of the Northland Harbour Board,
Quay Street, Whangarei, and is there open for inspection, with-
out fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.

And notice is hereby further given that all persons affected
by the execution of the said works or taking of the said land
who have any objection they may wish to make to the execu-
tion of the said works or to the taking of the said land; not
being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation,
must set forth their objection in writing, and send the same,
within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the
Secretary, Northland Harbour Board, Quay Street, Whangarei
(postal address of the Secretary is P.O. Box 269, Whangarei).
