TE KUITI BOROUGH COUNCIL
CONSOLIDATION OF SPECIAL RATES
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by section 108A of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, as enacted by section 10 of the Municipal Corporations Amendment Act 1959, and all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Te Kuiti Borough Council hereby resolves, by way of Special Order, that instead of levying the special rates specified in the Schedule hereto, a uniform consolidated special rate of point six four cents (.64c) in the dollar ($) on all rateable property within the Borough of Te Kuiti, be, and the same is hereby made an annually recurring rate for the purpose of paying the annual loan charges plus 10 percent thereof, payable in respect of the loans secured by these special rates, and the Te Kuiti Borough Council hereby further resolves that the consolidated special rate shall be payable in one sum on the 1st day of August in each year at the Council Chambers, Rora Street, Te Kuiti, to Charles Lewis Duggan, Town Clerk and Treasurer, or at such other place or to such other person for the time being authorised by the Council.

SPECIAL ORDER
Consolidation of Special Rates
NOTICE is hereby given that the following resolution, intended to operate as a special order, was passed at a special meeting of the Mount Roskill Borough Council convened for that purpose, and held on the 6th day of April 1971 and was confirmed at an ordinary meeting of the Mount Roskill Borough Council held in the Municipal Chambers, Three Kings, Mount Roskill, at 7.30 p.m. on Tuesday, 4 May 1971.
Resolution
That, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by section 108A of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 as enacted by section 10 of the Municipal Corporations Amendment Act 1959 and all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Mount Roskill Borough Council hereby resolves, by way of special order, that instead of levying the special rates specified in the Schedule hereto, to make a uniform consolidated special rate of one decimal three three two five (1.3325) cents in the dollar ($) on all rateable property within the Borough of Mount Roskill, and the same is hereby made an annually recurring rate for the purpose of paying the annual charges plus ten percent (10%) thereof, payable in respect of the loans secured by those special rates.
And the Mount Roskill Borough Council hereby further resolves that the consolidated special rate shall be payable in one sum on the 1st day of April in each year at the Council Chambers, corner Three Kings and Mount Albert Roads, Mount Roskill, to Frank Charles Clarkson or at such other place, or to such other person for the time being authorised by Council.
