PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is set apart as a Maori Reservation for the purposes of a meeting place and a site for a meeting house for the common use of the Ngati Parau Hapu of the Ngati Kahungunu Tribe.

The Milk Treatment Allowances Notice 1969, Amendment No. 2


PURSUANT to the Milk Act 1967, the Milk Prices Authority hereby gives the following notice.


NOTICE

  1. (i) This notice may be cited as the Milk Treatment Allowances Notice 1969, Amendment No. 2.

(ii) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of November 1970.

(iii) This notice is given after consultation with the Minister of Agriculture.

(iv) This notice amends the Milk Treatment Allowances Notice 1969* (hereinafter referred to as “the principal notice”) as varied by the Milk Treatment Allowances Notice 1969, Amendment No. 1†.

  1. The principal notice is hereby further varied by revoking items numbered 1, 2, and 3 in the Schedule thereto and replacing the same with the following:

“1. Pasteurisation by treatment station, if the aggregate gallonage chilled and pasteurised is—

(a) 10,000 gallons per day or over .... .... 3.39

(b) 2,500 gallons or over, but less than 10,000 gallons per day .... .... .... .... 3.39

(c) 1,000 gallons or over, but less than 2,500 gallons per day .... .... .... .... 3.59

(d) Less than 1,000 gallons per day .... .... 3.99

  1. Pasteurisation by treatment station, if such milk is not stored by refrigeration in the treatment station pending delivery but is stored elsewhere, and if the aggregate gallonage chilled and pasteurised is—

(a) 10,000 gallons per day or over .... .... 3.19

(b) 2,500 gallons or over, but less than 10,000 gallons per day .... .... .... .... 3.19

(c) 1,000 gallons or over, but less than 2,500 gallons per day .... .... .... .... 3.39
