NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-mentioned company by the Supreme Court was on the 5th day of April 1971 presented to the said Supreme Court by MOTOR TRADERS (N.Z.) LIMITED, of Auckland, merchants; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on the 21st day of May 1971, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of the hearing in person or by his counsel for the purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulation charge for the same.

NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, dated the 30th day of March 1971, confirming the reduction of capital of the above-named company from $12,000 to $2,000 and the minute approved by the Court showing, with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act, was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 21st day of April 1971. The said minute is in the words and figures following:
“The capital of G. Masters & Sons Limited is $2,000 divided into 2,000 fully paid ordinary shares of $1 each having been reduced from $12,000 (£6,000) divided into 6,000 ordinary shares of $2 (£1) each fully paid.”

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, public notice is hereby given that the Franklin County Council proposes under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work, namely, the construction of a road, and for the purposes of that public work the land described in the First Schedule hereto is required to be taken for road and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is required to be taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited at the office of the Franklin County Council, Roulston Street, Pukekohe, and there open for inspection; all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth the same in writing and send the written objection within forty (40) days of the first publication of this notice to the office of the Council and if any objection is made in accordance with this notice a public hearing of the objection will be held unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time of the hearing.

ROTORUA COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE of intention to take lands for road and to close portions of road; in the matter of the Counties Act 1956 and the Public Works Act 1928:
Notice is hereby given that the Rotorua County Council proposes under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts to execute a certain public work, namely, the realignment of road, and for the purposes of such public work the lands described in the First Schedule hereto are required to be taken and the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto are required to be closed; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken and of the portions of road to be closed is deposited in the public office of the clerk to the above council situated at the corner of Ranolf and Amohau Streets, Rotorua, and is open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours.
