certificate of title pursuant to section 3 of the Land Transfer
Amendment Act 1963, having been made for the parcel of
land described hereunder, such certificate will issue unless a
caveat is lodged forbidding the same on or before the
expiration of 2 months from the date of the Gazette con-
taining this notice.
Application 252632 by Arthur Gruchy Clark, of Napier,
medical practitioner, and Una Mary Clark, his wife, for all
that parcel of land containing 10.3 perches, more or less,
situated in the City of Napier, being part of Lot 29 on
Deposited Plan 281 and the balance of the land in an ordinary

Registry), believed to have been in the name of Anthony
Harman Down Mayne, of Napier, solicitor, now deceased, or
of a person or persons unknown and destroyed as a con-
