Revocation of the Reservation over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and how Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for public utility purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Kaikoura County Council in such manner, at such price and on such terms and conditions as the Council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the Council's reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other public reserves under the control of the Council or in or towards the purchase of other land for public reserves.

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT—KAIKOURA COUNTY

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Buller County Council

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for water conservation purposes and, further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Buller, in trust, for that purpose.

Licensing Neil Construction Ltd. to Occupy a Site for an Outfall at Pakuranga Creek in Waitemata Harbour

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits Neil Construction Ltd. (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the Pakuranga Creek as shown on plan marked M.D. 14091 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon an outfall as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

CONDITIONS
(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the licence shall be 1 year from the 1st day of May 1971.
(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be 10 dollars ($10) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be 6 dollars ($6).

Licensing New Zealand Forest Products Ltd. to Occupy a Site for a Jetty and Pipeline in Lake Maraetai

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits New Zealand Forest Products Ltd. (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the bed of Lake Maraetai as shown on plan marked M.D. 14041 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a jetty and pipeline as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

CONDITIONS
(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of May 1971.
(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be 10 dollars ($10) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be 20 dollars ($20).

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits Mid-Northland Co-operative Dairy Co. Ltd. (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction), to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the Northern Wairoa River at Ruawai as shown on plans marked M.D. 10114 and M.D. 14078 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon two pipelines as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
