Declaring Land Taken, One-half Share in Land Taken, and an Easement (Right of Way) Over Land Taken for a Special School in the City of Whangarei

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a special school, that an undivided one-half share in the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a special school, and over the land described in the Third Schedule hereto an easement (right of way) is hereby taken for a special school, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen, her servants, agents, licensees, invitees, and workmen, the full and free right, licence, and authority from time to time and at all times hereafter to go, pass, or repass, with or without vehicles

or other equipment over the land described in the said Third Schedule, and to maintain, repair, and keep open the said right of way, such easement to be held appurtenant to the land described in the First and Fourth Schedules hereto from and after the 3rd day of May 1971.
