Pursuant to the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council hereby amends an Order in Council, dated the 3rd day of August 1949, and published in Gazette, 4 August 1949, No. 45, page 1626, by revoking the appointment of the District Engineer, Ministry of Works, Dunedin, to the Otago Catchment Board and hereby appoints the District Commissioner of Works, Ministry of Works, Dunedin, to be a member of the Otago Catchment Board.

Pursuant to the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends an Order in Council dated the 20th day of May 1968, and published in Gazette, 6 June 1968, No. 34, page 942, by revoking the appointment of the Director, Grasslands Division, Department of Scientific and Industrial Research, Palmerston North to the Manawatu Catchment Board and hereby appoints the Scientist, Department of Scientific and Industrial Research, Palmerston North, to be a member of the Manawatu Catchment Board.
