The Traffic (Stratford County) Notice No. 1, 1971

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport
hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Stratford County)
   Notice No. 1, 1971.

2. The road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby
   declared to be a 40-miles-an-hour speed limit area for the
   purpose of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

3. The notice under regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations
   1956† dated the 17th day of September 1962 which relates to
   Midhurst in Stratford County is hereby revoked.

SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Stratford County at Midhurst.

No. 3 State Highway (Hamilton-Woodville via New
Plymouth) (from Denbigh Road to a point 2 chains measured
southerly along the State highway from Beaconsfield Road).

Reservation of Land and Declaration that Land be Part of the
Piano Flat Domain

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby
sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve
for recreation purposes and further, pursuant to the Reserves
and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to be a public
domain subject to the provisions of Part III of the last-
mentioned Act to form part of the Piano Flat Domain to be
administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.

SECTION 49, Block VI, Gap Survey District: area, 12 acres and

Revocation of the Vesting of Control and Revocation of the
Reservation Over Part of a Reserve

Gazette of 26 November 1970, are hereby amended by the
withdrawal therefrom of goods of the classes specified in the
Second Schedule hereto.
