Further Extending the Duration of Licence Authorising the North Canterbury Electric Power Board to Use Electric Lines Within the North Canterbury Electric Power District and Outer Area of Such District

PURSUANT to the Electricity Act 1968, the Minister of Electricity hereby amends the North Canterbury Electric Power Board Electric Lines Licence 1959, as granted by the Order in Council specified in the Schedule hereto, and as amended by a notice under the Electricity Act 1968, dated 16 July 1970 (Gazette, 30 July 1970, p. 1332), by extending the duration of the said licence until the 30th day of June 1972.
